a simple Monday

Happy Monday!

Did you have a good weekend and National Scrapbook Day?  We had a great but busy weekend.  Saturday we had a garage sale and it was a total success.  I sold EVERYTHING!! - the crib, changing table, bedding, room decor, baby toys- It was awesome.  Sunday I rested.  I scrapped a little but not much.  I wish I could have gotten a bit more in but we were so busy and then I just didn't have much energy! I did get a couple of projects done!

One of my kits last month for Cord Scrapbook Studio was the Simple Stories collection Documented.  This is a great kraft line.  I thought the line was perfect for this picture that I took of the boys on the couch playing with their games.  Jack had his DS and Michael had his Vtech e reader.  They had no idea that I was taking the picture.  I loved  this collection for this for  this everyday moment!

supplies
cardstock- bazzill
paper and stickers- simple stories

Thanks so much for stopping by today.  I will be back tomorrow with another project.  See you then! Have a wonderful and crafty day!

These colors complement your photo perfectly, Mary Pat and the word papers couldn't go any better with a page about reading. :)

Ah, they are too cute! I love to capture photos of my nephews when they don't know I am there. Love this layout. Love the cute banner under the photo with the twine. No NSD for me - I was unpacking but I hope to make up for it when all the boxes are gone! :)

Wish I would have gotten more accomplished since I had two whole days to do nothing but create! I did get my mom's card made and played around forever with colored pencils...still have much to do though. Love, love this layout! That paper and all the extras go so perfectly!!

I love this layout, I so wish I could stop at one photo. I really try, and then I add just one more, and then I can't help include a few that are left. So had to choose.
