Treats for Santa

Happy Tuesday,

Wow I can't believe it--I have 99 followers.  Once I hit 100 I am planning another giveaway!  So let's hit 100.  This could be the week!  I know I say it all the time but you all are awesome.  Your kind words mean so much to me.  I am truly honored that you all come to visit me and my scrappin' everyday.

Do you remember my giveaway with the Imaginisce Snag Em Stamps?  Well Becky won them and yesterday on her blog she posted the cutest cards that she made with the stamps.  You got to check them out!  She is very creative!!!

Well I had a busy day yesterday.  I dropped off the papers to Jack's Doctor to fill them out and sign for his Kindergarten registration.  I am both so excited for him and then on the other hand so sad that my baby is growing up.  I know he is so ready to go.  He talks about going to school etc.  I think he is so excited. I know he really wants to start learning.  I work with him after school but he needs more that I can give in the short amount of time we have.  We still haven't decided exactly where he will be going--our local public school district or our local private school.  So for right now we are registering him at both and then we will decide.  Big Decisions!!!

Treat for Santa

I found this adorable plate 6 years ago and I bought it in hopes when we had kids they would use it.  All around the plate it says Treats for Santa.  For the last couple of years Jack and I make cookies for Santa.  He loves to decorate them.  This is the before and after.  On Christmas morning Jack runs down and looks for the plate first to see if Santa ate his cookies.  It is so cute.  For this layout I used the Imaginisce Christmas Cottage line.  I thought it was perfect for this layout.
I used my Silhouette to create the title. I welded the words together and  I used the adorable chipboard embellies.

supplies:  bazzill, imaginisce, ek success punches, white gel pen

Well I hope everyone has a fantastic day! I will be back tomorrow for my Wednesday Card.  It is a real cute one (just my opinion).  Thanks so much for stopping by!

How cute! Love that plate; we have one, but it's too big. I really need to find a smaller one. Don't you just love those chipboard pieces with this line? They're some of my favorites. :)

Thanks for the shout out! I know what you mean about sending them off to school, so bittersweet. I don't know what I'll do when my baby goes, I'll be a wreck! :) Love your scallops today on your layout!

Adorable layout! I love the cut title and the fact that you are doing Christmas layouts because I am working on Halloween right now and was feeling a bit behind. Mainly because I want to be scrapping spring stuff.

I know what you mean! This year, my youngest of three started kindergarten and I was unsure wheter to do the happy dance or cry because my babies are growing up! LOL! Love your layout. You are so right that it goes with that paper!

Congrats on reaching 100 followers!!! The chipboard embellies on your LO are absolutely perfect - the Santa chippy and the Santa on your plate look almost identical.
