Hello everyone,
I hope everyone had a fantastic weekend. I know my weekend was SUPER busy but it was so much fun. Saturday I got everything done on my list and the party was a success. We all had so much fun. Family is certainly the best! There is nothing like being surrounded by family. Santa came and visited this year. Here is a quick picture. This is Santa with Michael. Michael wasn't too pleased with sitting on his lap.
On Sunday I went to the Hero Arts debut and class with Jennifer Mcguire. It was so much fun! We made a ton of cards. I had to leave early because we were getting a snow storm and I had a 1/2 hour drive to get home. Jennifer was so sweet and I need to email her to get the directions for the 3 cards that I missed. I still need to take pictures of everything and then I will be posting some of the projects. It was so awesome. I also bought some new stamps. I will post those as well later in the week.
On to my layout!
Pumpkin Patch
Well here is my layout -- I can't believe I am still finishing up with the fall. I have 2 more layouts to do and then I am officially done with fall festivals, pumpkin picking and Halloween. We just do so much during this season that it takes me forever to get it all done.
Here we are at the pumpkin farm. Jack was picking the perfect pumpkin. For this layout I dug deep into my stash of paper to use up a really old Basic Grey line. I believe this paper is 4 years old but it is one of my favorites. And of course I layered all the different patterns etc.
For the title I did once again us my Silhouette and layered several titles on top of each other to make that faux chipboard look. I really like that.
Supplies:
cardstock; bazzill
pattern paper, buttons: basic grey
twine: paper trey ink
fiskars bumpy road punch
Now on to my exciting news!-- I applied this month to be on the Design Team for the Challenge site Scrap Our Stash and I was accepted! I am so excited. This is a really fun site with really awesome monthly challenges. Click here to see the new design team revealed. I can't wait to get started! Hope you all stop by!
Hope everyone has a good Monday! We are still having our snow storm. School is canceled--not too excited about this because we only have 3 snow days and then we have to make up the rest in the summer-don't like that! I will be back tomorrow with my picture of the week plus some of the goodies from the Hero Arts debut--See ya then! Thanks for stopping by!

Cute layout.
LOL at Michael not wanting to sit on Santa's lap.
I love snow storms, as long as I get to stay indoors.
beautiful layout!!
Congrats on the DT, how exciting!! Your layout is perfect and I have a twinge of jealousy at your class with Jennifer-how fun!!! Can't wait to see the cards you made!
Cute layout! Contests on the design team.! I was one of the first members of the design team. You will have so much fun!
Congrats on the Design Team! I love the Santa picture. My son is 4 and he still refuses to sit on Santa's lap, so I don't bring him anymore.
Congratulations!!!
Love the Santa pic-my youngest freaked out when we saw Santa this weekend, you can sort of see his face as he is throwing himself off of Santa's lap in the picture. LOL. :)
Congratulations on making the design team! Sounds like a fun time with Jennifer, too bad the weather was a hassle. Love your fall layouts, really cute photos and that paper is wonderful!
