New Challenge

Happy Monday Everyone!

I had a great weekend!  Even got time for rest, relaxation, and SCRAPPIN'.  I was very productive this weekend.  I love it when that happens! 

My first challenge that I will enter this month is from a new challenge site called Get Your Sketch On (is that not the cutest name!).  I really liked their very first sketch, and I was able to scrap some pictures that I have had from the summer.  I thought this sketch was perfect for them.

Tough Guy!

Here is my take on the sketch.  We went to a festival this summer where they had a ton of the jumping houses.  Jack loves them.  They also had this rock climbing wall.  Jack is a pretty good climber so he decided to try it.  He was doing great but then about 1/2 way he got nervous and dropped down.  I was really proud of him for trying because the wall was REALLY high.  Maybe next year he will make it to the top!

For this layout I used the Fancy Pants Father's day collection. 

I used my new circle punches and punched out the stars  to make some embellishments.  I love my punches!

I used the cardstock stickers that came with the collection pack to make my title.

I also used my punches to create the scalloped border and on the journaling tag.  What would I do without my punches!

Well I hope everyone has a fantastic Monday!  This week I am busy at work.  We have exams this week.  So I may not have any time to scrap--bummer--but that is why I really used my time wisely this weekend!
