Tuesday Imaginisce Monthly Challenge

Happy Tuesday,

Yesterday  my Mom had the boys and I had 4 hours all to myself at home.  Do you want to know what I did?  I scrapped!!!!  I did one layout for me and 2 layouts for some future Design Team work for Moxxie.  I had a ball!  I can't remember when I had 4 hours all to myself in my scraproom.. My music was playing (Coldplay, Train, Maroon 5) and I was jamming.   It was so awesome!  This made my spring break!!  Tomorrow Jack and I are going to see the movie Oz.  I am pretty excited to see this one!

Imaginisce is having their monthly challenge.  Here are all the details or you can go HERE!

Challenge Rules:
  1. Use the above sketch as your inspiration for your layout, card, or other type of project.
  2. Use pastel colors.
  3. Theme: SPRING.
  4. Use ribbon/twine on your project.

  • Remember: You must use at least 70% Imaginisce product on your entries in order to be eligible.
  • Post your entries here at the bottom of the post
  • Deadline is April 25th, 2013

I decided to change this layout sketch into a card.  I used some of the Childhood Memories paper.   I like how it turned out!  I got to include all my faves---mist, twine, stamping, coloring, and Imaginisce-- what else could a girl want??
supplies
paper- imaginisce
stamps- imaginisce , hero arts
markers- spectrum noir
mist- tattered angels
stickers- imaginisce
cardstock- neenah solar white
twine- the stringery
embossing folders- sizzix

Thanks so much for stopping by today.  I am taking tomorrow   off but I will be back on Thursday with a new project and Friday with the April Moxxie Blog Hop!  I can't wait!  See you then!  Have a wonderful and crafty couple of days!

I'm so glad you had some time for yourself and enjoyed it so much, Mary Pat. Your card is adorable. So nice to see a sketch interpreted as a card. I never think to do that.

That card is gorgeous! I am loving the bakers twine and always find it hard to use in my cards for some reason. Too cute!

And I like that you used the layout for a card :)
I am in awe that you made 3 layouts in 4 hours...I would have only picked out my paper in that time....and still would have changed my mind, lol.
