This is my first post. Siehled with a Kiss is going to be about a little bit of everything from my family to my obsession (that would be scrapbooking and card making). I will try to bring you some of the sketches, layouts, and cards that I make. I will also share some of the things that I love right now.
So let's get to it. One of the first things that I made this week was this super cute card for our new neighbors. I used Hero Arts stamps, copic markers, and distress inks. Right now I am loving all of these things!
First i stamped the image of the house and tree and then colored them with copic markers. I then stamped the image again and made a mask for for it. I then placed the mask over the colored image and used my blending tool along with the distress inks (shabby shutters and peeled paint) to make the grass. Next I stamped my cloud background stamp from Hero Arts. I used tumbled glass from the distress inks. Finally I finished by adding a cute little butterfly and colored it in as well with the copic markers. Super easy and a lot of fun to make. It has all the things that I love right now--stamps, distress inks, and copic markers.
My next project this week was a super super fast layout that I did for Michael. He loved going to Jack's soccer games and I took this picture on the soccer field of him. Oh my he is just too cute!
Future Soccer Player?
Here I used some plain white cardstock, two pattern papers from Basic Grey Lime Rickey, buttons, and my title was created with the Mickey Mouse font from Cricut. I just love his serious face.
I hope everyone has a great weekend. I will be sure to post again real soon! Thanks for visiting with me!
