9/29 SOG Digi Me Contest

Happy Monday!

Some Odd Girl is having a really fun contest that starts today.  Do you have a fun idea for a Some Odd Girl digi stamp?  If you do you need to enter this really fun contest.

All you need is:
Pose
Character (Kaylee, Mae, Gwen, etc)
Outfit
If they want to add more to it, that’s great! We want to encourage you to be creative with your entries. You could do a photo collage of the elements, or a link list, or a picture list or even a pic of yourself in your fav outfit and write out the rest.
We will be picking 1 winner per platform (Facebook, Instagram etc.) . Each winner will guest on the day their digi is released (so they will get it early, create something and we’ll post it on our blog) and a $20 GC to our shop.  How cool is that!!!!!
Here is my fun idea.  I LOVE tennis and I would love to see Kaylee dressed in a cute tennis outfit with her favorite racket ready to hit the courts.
This is me in my favorite outfit- pink Nike skirt with a grey top.  I am ready to hit the courts!
So what is your fun idea?  Head on over to the Some Odd Girl Blog and read about all the details!  It is going to be so much fun!
Have a wonderful and crafty day!

Sept 17 SOG Teacher Gift Box Inspiration

Happy Wednesday!

I am here today to bring you a cute and fun idea for teacher or someone special.  It is the cutest little gift box that is just perfect for small gifts.

I used a Silhouette cut file to make the box using some Core'dinations cardstock.  I then cut the front and side panels using the Sunshine Sorbet paper from Some Odd Girl.  I used the awesome woodgrain pattern paper.  I then used some Some Odd Girl stamps to decorate the front of the box (Fruit Salad & Teacher Mae ).  I colored my apple using my Spectrum Noir markers.  Finally I added some yummy twine and attached the cute little tag.

Here is a quick video on how this came together.

Thanks so much for joining me today.  I will be back soon with a new project.  See  you soon. Have a wonderful and crafty day.
